We charge a commission of 7%.
Our fee includes property inspections and our attendance at any tenancy proceedings. We conduct our regular inspections every 12 weeks.
Prevention is always better than a cure. We can help if you have problems caused by poor tenant selection or management. If your property is damaged and vacant we can quickly get your property generating income again.
